1935 any property in India accruing to His Majesty by escheet or :apse or as bona varantia for want of a rightful owner if it is situate in a Province vests in His Majesty for the purposes of the government of that Province and in any other case accrues to His Majesty for the purposes of the government of the Dominion. [...] (c) If the answers to parts (a) and (b) above be in the affirmative do Goverment consider the desirability of allowing them to continue to reside in the Government quarters till the accommodation probleis eased in Delhi? [...] But I do believe that whatever the list and whatever the kind of busi ness the more exalted these personages may be or the more varied their business is or the more immense the ramifications of their business the greater would be the time and the closer would be the attention necessary for unravelling these mysteries and getting at the bottom of the thing if you do not wish to do irist'ce on [...] Speaker: -Amendment moved: That in clause 2 of the Bill to the proposed sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Taxation on Income (Investigation Commission) Act 1947 the following Provisos be added : `Provided always that the term of appointment of the Commission whether in the first instance or as extended shall not be deemed to have expired so long as any case or point already submitted to or [...] Naziruddin Ahmad: Sir I move: That in clause 2 of the Bill in the proposed sub-section (4) of section 4 of the Taxation on Income (Investigation Commission) -Act 1947 for the words 'may be' the words 'it may consider' be substituted." The sub-clause says that the Central Government may appoint a Secretary to the Commission and suel other staff as may be necessary.
