Attention of the Honourable Member is invited to the Ministry of Commerce Public Notice dated the 12th December 1947 which was reprduced in the Gazette of India Extraordinary of the same date and to the Pulic Notice dated the 4th March 1948 issued by the Chief Controller of Imports.
