The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber in Simla at Eleven of the Clock being the first day of the Second Session of the Fourth Legilative Assembly pursuant to S. 63-D (2) of the Government of India Act. The Honourable Sir George Rainy : I must point out that my answer to the first part of the question is in the negative.
