(e) Has a memorial signed by thousands of Dawoodi Borahs of different parts of India been submitted to His Excellency the Governor General praying not to give his sanction to the introduction of a Bill either in the Legislative Council of Bombay or in the Legislative Assembly which aim& at the exclusion of them from the operation of the Wakf Act of 1923? [...] (e) Have Government considered the question of the advisability of requiring the various systems of Railways to arrange the unlocking of first and second class compartments at least an hour before the starting of trains from their stations of origin to permit the entrance of passengers?
