(b) Is this due to the extremely bad condition of the sanitation of the town which has been occasioned by the neglect of their duties by the Sanitation Department of the Municipal Board Fatehpur consequent upon the iladvised combination of the duties of Secretary and Sanitary Inspector for the last few months? [...] Lala Mohan Lal Sah : (a) Will the Government please lay on the table a statement showing the loans outstanding with the various local bodies in the province on the 31st March 1938 the date on whi the loans were taken and the rate of interest charged amount originally borrowed and the amount due? [...]. (d) Was the rate of interest reduced in the case of any local body during the last ten years and if so will the Government :please state the name of the Municipality and the reduction made? [...] If the motion that the Bill be taken into consideration is carried the Bill shall be taken into consideration and provisions of the rules of the Council regarding consideration of amendments to Bills originating in the Council and the subsequent procedure in regard to the passing of Bills shall apply."
