We the rulers of the Khasi States specified below Having agreed to the establishment of a Federation of which all the said Khasi States are members; And being desirous of acceding to the Dominion of India individually as Rulers of the said Khasi States and collectiveas members of the said Federation; Do hereby declare that we accede to the Dominion of India with the intent that the Governor Ge [...] of India to hold unto the transferee and their assigns subject to the several conditions on which we hold the same at the time of the execution hereof and we the transferee; do hereby agree to take the said share (or shares) subject to the conditions aforesaid and we the transferee request that we be registered in respect of the said share (or shares) in the registers of the Corporation.
