[...] of the Act the introduction of a new constitution in the municipalities in accordance with the provisions of the new Act calls for the determination of several quetions e.g. [...] Maulvi SYED MAJID BAKSH: Will the Hon'ble Member in charge of the Irrigation Department be pleased to stat(i) the estimated cost of excavating the canal joining the Mathbbanga and the Nabaganga at Chuadanga; (ii) the time that will be required for completing the work; (iii) the departments that have contributed to the expenditure; and (iv) the amount contributed by each of such departments? [...] So also in case of the removal of members on the ground of misconduct it is to be done by the Local Government directly instead of on the recommendations of the Divisional Commissioner.
