The Assembly met in the Assembly Chamber in Simla at Elevei: of the Clock being the First Day of the Sixth Session of the Fitt. Legislative Assembly pursuant to Section 63-D (2) of the Government of India Act as set out in the Ninth Schedule to the Government of India.
