(d) Is the Hon'ble Minister considering the desirability of supplying the Rules Orders and Circulars of the Provincial Government the Hou'ble High Court and the Board of Revenue to the general public at reasonable price? [...] NIHARENDU DUTTA MAJUMDAR: With reference to answer (e) will the Hon'ble Minister be pleased to state whether Government are not considering the advisibility of including within the terms of reference of the Brahmaputra and Meghna Rivers Commision the examination of the question as to whether there is any necesity of any change in the structure of the bridge?
