(2) What is the cause of the delay in sanctioning the unanimous recommendation of the municipal board with regard to the tender ? (3) What is the amount of money that the municipal board of Dehra has to pay to the Government p [...] The delay was due to the fact that the Superintending Engineer Public Health department did not agree with the proposal of the municipal board and the matter was referred to the Board of Public Health and the Chief Engineer and ultimately to Government for decision.180 LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL.
