The Hon'ble the President : The result of the election by the non. official members of the Council of members for the Finance Committee is as follows :- Mr. [...] In view of the findings of the two commissions the Islington Commission and the Lee Commission it is time that Government should take steps to remove the grievances of the Indian officers and Indianize the services as rapidly not only as they can but as they ought to.
