Babu Ram Bahadur Saksena : I want to know whether the Goverment approve of this conduct [...] 14 do the Government hold that the determination of the sevices of the Secretary is valid even though the total strength of the voting was not two-third ? The Hon'ble the Minister for Local Self-Government : The answer is there—no two-third majority. [...] Thakur Keshava Chander Singh : May I know if the Government has answered this question without considering it ?
