The Hon'ble the Minister of Justice : It is made by the Chief Justice. [...] Kunwar Sir Maharaj Singh : 1s the decision of the Government as regards the amount to be returned to the share-holders final or is it open to reconsideration ? The Hon'ble the Minister of Justice : There is no question of any decision by the Government in this case.
