(b) Is it a fact that the said Khan Sahib is the Secretary of the Telegraph Co-operative Credit Society which has in its fold shareholdeis of all the chief communities Hindus Muslims Sikhs and Christians and the Postmaster General Punjab and North-West Frontier Circle is the eofficio President of the Society? [...] (c) Are Government aware that the friends and relatives of the prsoners and the general public are much alarmed over the fate of the prisoners and with a view to allaying such public feeling are Government prepared to arrange for the issue of fortnightly bulletins as to the health of the deported prisoners?
