(2) That the Executive Committee of the Coubcil of Post-Graduate Teaching in Science be requested to arrange for the carrying on of the work of the Department of Zoology with the existing staff without any additional remuneration pending the filling up of the vacancy in the Professorship and that they be also requested to take steps if necessary to secure the honorary services of the staff of th [...] Resolved further—That a Committee consisting of the undermentioned gentlemen be appointed to examine in the light of the Report the system or accounts kept in the various spending Departments of the University and to prepare a set of rules and forms for the guidance of the Departments concerned : (1) Dr. [...] at the first annual Convocation for conferring degrees following the award to the student who has passed the Final M. B. Examination of the year of the award held in April or thereabout and has obtained at this examination the highest number of marks in the subject of Medicine provided that such marks must not be less than the marks representing 75%. [...] In the event of the absence of the recipient the award shall bo announced by the Vice Chancellor at the Convocation. [...] Ordired—That the Principal be informed that the ITnvarsity cannot entertain any application for extension of affiliation of the College until the question of the reconstitution of its Governing Body is settled to the Satisfaction of the University.
