Srikumar Banerjee forwarding the recommendations of the committee appointed by the Vice-Chancellor at the instance of the Board of Examiners for the Intermediate Examination in 1950 to suggest a general improvement of the standards of teaching examination and paper-setting. [...] originally constituted were approved by the Director of Public Instruction on 11th March 1950 and requesting that the matter may be reconsidered and that the President of the college may be informed that the 13 members of the Governing Body of the College as approved by the Director of Public Instruction West Bengal are still members of the College. [...] 69 000 (Rupees Sixty Nine Thousand) only to the Calcutta University to meet the cost of the work for the improvement of the ventilation of the Office and the Record Rooms of the Calcutta University Buildings subject to the following conditions:— (I) The loan will bear interest gi Si rer annum and the Principal will be repayable in twenty equal instalments commencing from Cho year following whico [...] 3 450 only and the first of such lost.meets shall be payable within one year after completion of the work irr the affiees and record rooms of the Calcutta University in the town of Calcutta is hereinafter mentioned and the subsequent instalments shall he payable annually in she subsequent years on the anniversary of the said date of pament of the first instalment by the Borrower to the Go [...] the Borrower shall pay to the Government the interest payable on the principal sum for the time being due and owing by the Borrower under these presents at the rate aforesaid on the respective dates of the payment of the said instalments towards repayment of the said instalments in repayment of the said principal sum.
