351C.—It is notified for general iformation that owing to the increase in the size of the Annual Medical List for 1931 it has been decided to raise the price of the list from Rs. [...] The following changes in Chapters XLV (B) and XLVI of the Regulations of the Univesity relating to the Third M. B. and the Final M. B. Examinations respectively have been sanctioned by the Government of Bengal :— I. That the following proviso be added at the end of section 1 (b) Chapter XLV (B) of the Regulations (page 348 of the edition of 1930) Provided that a candidate who after faiin [...] That clause (b) of section 1 Chapter XLVI of the Regulations (page 351 of the edition of 1930) be replaced by the folloing :— That he has completed a regular course of study theoretical and practical in the subjects of the examination extending over three years subsequently to passing the First two years subsequently to passing the Second and one year subsequently to passing the Third M. B. [...] Provided that a candidate who after failing in one subject in the Second M. B. Examintion subsequently passes the next Second M. B. Examination under section 5 of Chapter XLV (A) of the Regulations and the Third M. B. Examination under the proviso to section 1 (b) of Chapter XLV (B) of the Regulations and has since the date of the Second M. B. Examination in which he failed in one subject [...] Regulations for the Third M. B. Examination and has since the date of the Third M. B. Examination in which he failed in one subject studied for one year the subjects of the examination (theoretical and practical) up to the standard of the Final M. B. Examination may be admitted to the Final M. B. Examination six months after passing the Third M. B. Examination.
