6. Candidates wishing to appear at the examination will apply upon the prescribed registration form obtain the necessary counter-signature of the District Judge in whose Court he is enrolled and forward the same so as to reach the office of the Principal Bengal Engineering College in the case of candidates practising in the law courts of Bengal and Assam and to the office of the Principal Bi [...] The routine and hours of attendance will be settled by the heads of the institutions who will also decide the exact locality in which the classes will be held and date of the opening. [...] 5. Candidates who desire to undergo the course of training must apply to the Pricipal Bengal Engineering College in the case of candidates practising in the law courts of Bengal and Assam and to the Pricipal Bihar College of Engineering in the case of candidates of Bihar and Orissa for registering their names not later than the 30th November 1933. [...] He will then inform the candidates as to the locality and the date of opening of the class. [...] The syllabuses for classes in the revised curriculum for primary schools (and maktabs) now in force in both parts of this Presidency shall be adopted respectively in the infant class class I and class II of middle schools and the corresponding classes of high schools for both boys and girls.
