(Clauses 5 6.) 5. (1) On receipt of the report of the Cominissioner of Police or of the District Magistrate as the case may be the Local Government may make an order for the issue of a warrant for the arrest of the person against whom the report has been made. [...] such value—according to the amount of the decree or to the amount so secured or to the market-value of the property as the case may be ; or where the setting aside cancellation or injuntion is sought in respect of part only of the money or other property—accoring to the amount or market-value of that part. [...] one-third of the difference between the amount awarded by the Collector to the applicant and the amount which should have been awarded to the applicant if the claim made in the application had been upheld by the Collector ; or according to onthird of the last mentioned amount if no award has been made to the applicant." 9. After section 8 of the said Act the following sections shall be inser [...] (1) For the purpose of an inquiry under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 8E the Court shall send a copy of the plaint and of the statement of particulars of the subject-matter of the suit and valuation referred to in section 8A to the Collector of the district in which the property which is the subject-matter of the suit is situated or if the property is situated in more than one distric [...] (1) If in the result of an inquiry under section 8E the Court finds that the subject-matter of the suit has been undervalued the Court may order the party responsible for the undervaldation to pay all or any part of the costs of the inquiry and of any proceeding under sub-section (6) of section 8G arising out of such inquiry.
