2. Applications for admission to the examinations must be made on the printed entry forms which will be obtainable at the office of the Provost of the Hall to which the students belong. [...] The entry form after it has been duly filled in and signed by the canddate and duly certified by the Provost and the heads of the departments concerned as the case may be must be presented by the candidate to the Provost not later than Monday the 10th December 1.934. [...] 4. The entry forms will be checked by the Provosts in respect of all the entries made by the candidates in the entry forms. [...] 5. The candidates (other than candidates for the examinations in subsidiary subjects of Honours schools) must deposit their proper examination fee and all other outstanding dues up to the end of the session 1934-35 into the Accounts office of the University on the dates noted in paragraph 9 of this notification for certification that all dues including the seat-rent tuition fee etc. [...] (iii) The Accounts Section will collect fees on the basis of the list and then certify the rceipt of fees on the applications not later than Saturday the 26th January 1935.
