(vi) in the case of a pilgrim under [...] dated the 1st October 1934 :— In exercise of the powers conferred by susections (1) and (2) of Section 97 of the Goernment of India Act the Secretary of State for India in Council after consultation with the Civil Service Commissioners hereby makes the following amendments in the Regulations for the probation in the United Kingdom and the further examination of selected candidates for the
