If the balance be not paid by the noon of the fifteenth day after the sale reckoning the day of sale as one or if that day be a close holiday then by noon of the first succeeding office day the sale shall be cancelled the sum deposited being forfeited to Government and the lot again put up for sale at the risk of the defaulting purchaser after issue of advertisement as in the case of original [...] IT is hereby notified for general information under the provisions of section 107 of the Calcutta Port Act and with the approval of the Local Government that with effect from the date of publication of this notificaticn section 19 of the Commissioners' printed Scales of Charges will be cancelled and the following substituted for it :— 19.
