PART V Acts of the Indian Legislature assented to by the Governor-General and Ordinances promulgated under section 72 of the Government of India Act. [...] The following Act of the Indian Legislature received the assent of the Governor General on the 26th April 1936 and is hereby promulgated for general information:— ACT No. [...] Council may by notification in the Gazette of India make rules for the prevention of danger arising to the public health by the introduction or spread of any infectious or contagious disease from aircraft arriving at or being at any aerodrome and for the prevention of the conveyance of infection or contagion by means of any aircraft leaving an aerodrome and in particular and without prejudice to [...] WHEREAS doubts have arisen as to the validity of certain proceedings in High Courts of Judicature in British India under the Letters Patent erecting and establishing those Courts; AND WHEREAS it is expedient to terminate those doubts and to establish the validity of those proceedings; It is hereby enacted as follows:— 1. (1) This Act may be called the Decrees and Orders Validating Act 1936. [...] 2.
