It should be deposited with the Head Master of the school where the candidate appeared at the Test Examination with the cost of its remittance to the University. [...] The medals are to be presented to the recipients at the Annual Convocation for conferring and the names of the medalists are to be pulished in the Calendarand in the Calcutta Gazette.
