The copy will he forthwith referred by the Faculty of Law to a Committee of not more than three pesons to be selected for their special copetence in this behalf who will examine the same and before the expiry of two months from the date of the submission of the copy by the Professor to the Registrar report to the Faculty whether the work is complete and ready for the press. [...] If the Professor fails to submit the copy of the lectures or if the copy submitted be found on examination to be incomplete and not ready for the press the matter will be referred to the Faculty of Law upon whose recommendation the Senate may either extend the time or cancel the appointment. [...] The undermentioned candidate is admitted to the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy on the report of the examiners on the thesis submited by him in support of his candidature for the degree. [...] (2) The Entry forms for admission to the examination after they have been duly filled in and signed by the candidates and duly certified by the Heads of the Departments concerned where necessary must be prsented by the candidates to the Provosts of the Halls concerned not later than Wedneday the 15th December 1937. [...] The Test Examination of private canddates for the Matriculation Examination 1938 will be held on the 15th December 1937 and the days following instead of on the 7th December 1937 and the days folloing as notified in this office notification dated the 8th July 1937 published in the Calcutta Gazette dated the 15th July 1937.
