I M-190 /18.-2S1 h.1 a nary 1949.—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (i) of sub-section (1) of section G of the Bengal Municipal Act 1932 (Bengal Act XV of 19;32) the Governor is pleased to declare his intetion to alter the number of Commissioners of the Hooghly-Chinsura Municipality in the district of Hooghly from 14 to 16 for the purpose of and from the next reconstitution of [...] For the purpose of the revised budget estimates the column for showing "estimates for the ensuing year" occuring in the respective forms prescribed for the preparation of the annual budget estimates shall be left blank and the actual receipts and expenditure for six months shall he shown in the columns for showing the actual receipts and expenditure for nine months the heading of the columns bein [...] The procedure laid down in rule 27 for the preparation of the original budget estimate shall be followed mutatis mutandis for preparing the revised estimates as well subject to the modfication that— (a) in sub-rule (2) of the said rule the refrence to the 15th of April shall be construed as a reference to the 15th of December (b) in sub-rule (3) of the said rule the refrences to the 1 [...] L. S.-G.1M-4/49.-2nd February 1949.—In exercise of the power conferred by susection (5) of section 56 of the Bengal Municipal Act 1932 (Bengal Act XV of 1932) the Governor is pleased to extend the term of office of the Comissioners of the Kalna Municipality in the ditrict of Burdwan for the period commencing on the 29th January 1951 that is to say the day following the date of expiry [...] Since the Union agreed not to press the case of any of the employees excepting the seven clerical employees and the six subordinate staff mentioned above it is not necessary for the Board to go into the cases of the other men.
