too or multiples thereof on payment of the amount due from the Public Debt Office Calcutta through any of the following offices :— (a) Office of the Controller of the Currency Calcutta Deputy Controller of the Currency Bombay or of the Accountant-General Madras United Provinces Punjab and Burma ; (b) The local head offices or any Indian branch or the Imperial Bank of India ; (c) Any Gover [...] In the case of purchases of securities at the local head offices of the Imperial Bank of India at Calcutta Bombay or Madras the cheques should be drawn in favour of the Secretary and Treasurer. [...] In the case of purchases at the branch of the Imperial Bank the cheques should be drawn in favour of the local agent. [...] Applications for Stock or PI ornissory Notes will also be received at the London Purchase of Office of the Imperial Hank of India 2 Prince's Street E. C. 2 on payment in sterling of the Bonds in 14"idan nominal value of the bonds applied for at the rate for telegraphic transfer on Calcutta on the date of payment. [...] Any one desiring a copy posted to an address in British India should send to the Patent Office the sum of annas ;eight by money-order on which the number of the application should-be stated on the coupon at the foot of the order.
