The Indian Civil Service Family Pension Regulations established under the orders of the Secretary of State for India in Council for the provision of Pensions for the Widows and Orphans of Covenanted Civilians in the service of the Government of India. [...] The report of the actuary or actuaries with the orders of the Secretary of State in Council thereupon shall be published in the Gazette of India and no alteration ordered in the rates of contribution will take effect before the beginning of the month following the date of such publication. [...] No 8o-F.—With reference to the provisions of Clause (1) of Section 2 of the Termination of the Present War (Definition) Act 1919 the following Order of His Majesty in Council dated the Toth August 1921 regarding the date to be treated as the date of termination of the present War is published for general information :— At the Court of Buckingham Palace. [...] Majesty in Council may declare what date is to be treated as the date of the termination of the present War and that the date so declared shall be as nearly as may be the date of the exchange or deposit or ratifications of the treaty or treaties of peace.
