The following Act of the Indian Legislature received the assent of the Governor General on the 27th November 1940 and is hereby promulgated for general information :—PART IV] THE BOM. In section 32 of the said Act after the words Amendment " meeting of the Board " the words " or of any of section 89 committee of the Board " shall be inserted.
