(1) for clause (20) the following clause shall be substituted namely (20) the prohibition of the practice of any profession or of the carrying on of any trade calling or occupation in any part of the cantonment otherwise than in accordance with the conditions of a license ; the fees payable for the grant and renewal of such licenses and the authorities by which and the conditions subject to wh [...] sity the members of the Court die Professors -Reas ers Lecturers and such other classes of teaohers of the University as may by the Statutes be adm:ted to membership the members of the Faculties the Wardens the graduates and under-graduates of the University and such other classes of persons as may be declared by the Statutes to be members of the University. [...] (2) Every authority of the University shall make Regulations providing for the giving of notice to the members of such authority of the dates of meetings and of the business to be considered at meetings and for the keeping of a record of the proceedings of meetings. [...] the following persons shall be ex-officio members of the Court namely the members of the Executive Council of the Governor or Bengal ; (1i) the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calcutta ; (iii) the Commissioner ' the Collector and the District and Sessions Judge of Dacca ; (iv) the Director of Agriculture for Bengal ; (e) the Civil Surgeon of Dacca ; (vi) the Superintending Engineer Eastern C [...] 9. There shall be a Board of Co-ordination composed of the VicChancellor who shall be Chairman thereof the Deans of the Faeultiee and the Registrar to organise the teaching of the University and in particular to co-ordinate the work and time-tables of the various Faculties and to assign lecture rooms laboratories and other rooms to the Faculties.
