TC|YC|3|53|19.—In exercise of the power conferred by clause 13 of the Cotton Textiles (Yarn Control) Order 1953 and with the previous approval of the Central Government I K. S. Islam Textile Commissioner hereby exempt up to the 15th day of July 1953 all manufacturers and importers of yarn from the provisions of the sub-clause (2) of clause 9 of the said Order and in pursuance of the said s [...] 5. (1) Every licence issued under this notification shall be valid upto the 31st March next following the date of its issue and may at the discretion of the Textile Commissioner be reneed on payment of the fee referred to above in paragraph 2 for a period of one year _before the expiry of the date of its validity.
