G.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 279A of the City of Karachi Municipal Act 1933 (Bombay Act XVIII of 1933) read with I he Government of Pakistan Ministry of Interior Notification No. [...] II dated the 21st October 1952 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf the Chief Commissioner is pleased to direct that the following further amendment shall be made in Chapter IV of Schedule I to the said Act namely :— In the said Chapter after rule 6 the following rule shall be inserted namely:— “ 6A. [...] ADJOURNMENT OF POLLING :— If it appears to the Chief Officer that it is necessary so to do he may adjourn the poll in any Ward to the day next suceeding the day of the Poll to he taken between the same hours as the original poll and in such event the votes cast in the original poll shall remain in the ballot boxes and with the votes cast in the adjourned poll form the poll at the election [...] 13(10) 48-P-R I.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Pakistan Rehabilitation Ordinance 1948 (XIX of 1948) and in supersession of this Ministry's Notification No. [...] the Central Government is pleased to direct that the Dower to dispose of a revision petition made under sub-section (I) of lection 13A of the said Ordinance against an order of the Rehabilitation t:ui.
