In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 4 of the Essential Commodities Distribution Order 1953 I hereby direct that with immediate effect and until further orders the maximum retail selling prices of electric bulbs at Karachi shall be as indicated below [...] Notwithstanding the prices mentioned above the usual discounts wherever such discounts have been allowed according to the prevailing practice to wholesalers retailers and consumers shall continue 4o be allowed.
