—In exercise of the power conferred by clause (s) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) and in supersession of all previous notifictions published in the Calcutta Gazette relating to the area included in the Keshpur police-station in the district of Midnapore and to the boundaries of that area the Goernor is pleased to declare that the said [...] dated the 18th May 1938 published at page 928 of Part I of the Calcutta Gazette of the 19th idem the Governor is pleased to extend with effect from the 24th July 1939 all the setions of the said Act (except section 13 which already applies) to the whole of thana Behala in the district of 24-Parganas.
