2132Pl'-14th June 1930.--r In exercise of the power conferred by section 4 (1) (s) of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1888X and in modification of all pr*ious notifications published in the Calcutta Gazette relating to the area included in the Illambazar police-station in the district of Birbhum and to the boundarteR of that area the Governor in Council is pleased to declare that [...] 5498S.-9th June 1930.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 157 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor in Council is pleased — (a) to confer upon each of the gentlemen named below the powers of a Magistrate of the third class in the district of Tippera for a period of three years from the 16th July 1930.
