(c) The expression “Deposited Maps” shall mean two plans one showing the area of supply and the other showing the compulsory area of supply hereinafter specified which have been deposited with the Government of West Bengal in pursuance of the rules under the Act which plans are signed for the purpose of identification by the Secretary to the Government of West Bengal in the Commerce and Industrie [...] At the expiration of each successive period of six months from the commencement of this License until the completion of the compulsory works the Licensees shall submit to the Secretary to the Government of West Bengal the Comerce and Industries Department (Mines and Power) reports specifying all steps taken and the progress made in carrying into effect this License. [...] (a) The option of the purchase given by section 7 sub-section (1) of the Act shall be first exercisable on the expiration of 50 years from the date of notification of the grant of this License and thereafter on the expiration of every subsequent period of 20 years and the terms of such purchase shall he determined in case of difference or dipute by arbitration as provided by section 7 su [...] eminent is attributable to any wilful or preventable default or neglect on the part of the Licensees or if the Licensees shall in the opinion of the Goverment fail to comply with any of the provisions of any of the clauses of this License or shall in the opinion of the Government fail to show satisfactory progress during any portion of the period of two years specified in clause 7 of this Licen [...] That the Licensees shall with the 'previous santion of the Government of India have power to erect telephones between parts of the systems and his offices for the use of the employees and officers of the undertaking provided such telephone.
