AUDITOR’S CERTIFICATE In accordance with the provisions of Section 68 of the Karachi Port Trust Act (Act VI of 1886) I have to report as follows I have examined the accounts and the Balance Sheet of the Karachi Port Trust and verified the same with the ledgers maintained in the Department of the Chief Accountant. [...] I have also verified the investments of the Trust from the Deposit Receipts and the Safe Custody Receipts in the custody of the Chief Accountant of the Trust. [...] (2) Balance Sheet as on the 30th June 1952 and the Profit and Loss Account of the Corportion for the year together with the Auditors' Report and the report by the Directors on the working of the Corporation during the year will be read and considered. The families of the officers and employees of the Corporation shall be entitled to the concession of medical attendance and treatment on the scale and conditions allowed to the officers and employees themselves subject to the condition that the families shall under no circumstances be permitted to receive any medical attendance or treatment at their resdence at the expense of the Corporati [...] 9. Charges for services rendered in connection with medical attendance on or treatment of an officer or an employee including those payable to the Medical Attendant appointed by the Corporation to attend to its employees will be paid by the Corporation direct to the doctor or the hospital authorities at the dicretion of the Corporation.
