D. dated the 23rd October.1919 and in pursuance of Regulation XI of the Regulations for the nomination and election of Additional Members of the Legislative Council of the Governor of Fort William in Bengal the Governor is pleased to call upon the Bengal Chamber of Commerce to elect in accordance with Schedule VII to the said Regulations and before the 18th day of November 1919 a person to f [...] Whereas for the purpose of the construction of a pipe line the Company has applied to the Government of Bengal for the acquisition under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act 1894 of the piece or parcel of.land containing '56 acre or thereabout situate is the village of Patenga in the district of Chittagong and more particularly described in the schedule below.
