—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 357 of the 'Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor is pleased— (a) to confer upon Khan Sahib Maulvi Abdus Samad the powers of a Magistrate of the third class in the district of Howrah for a period of three years from the 3rd Deceber 1941 (h) to direct him to sit tis a member of the Ul [...] 4069 T.-2nd December 1941.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 357 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor is pleased— (a) to confer upon Babu Sadananda Prosad Saha the powers of a Magistrate of the third class in the district of Talpaiguri for a period of three years from the 23rd December 1941 (b) to direct him to [...] 4140J.-5th December 1941.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 357 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor is pleased— (a) to confer upon Babu Manish Chandra Roy the powers of a Magistrate of the second class in the district of Jalpaiguri for a period of three years from the 19th December 1941 in respect to such cases [...] 4.
