1151J.—The 7th February 1928.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15 and the proviso to section 357 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1898 (Act V of 1898) the Governor in Council is pleased— (a) to confer upon Rai Sahib Mathura Prasad the powers of a Magistrate of the third class in the district of Darjeeling for a period of Darjeeling.
