The Principal will proceed with the selection of candidates for admission into the various classes of the College as soon as the results of the University Examinations are published in the Calcutta Gazette. [...] Applications for admission to the Buddhist and Muhammadan hostels of the College should be made to the Superintendent of the hostel concerned on admission to the College. [...] 2. The Principal is charged with the general control of the school and the maintenance of discipline. [...] The session for the first year course which corresponds to the Amin standard begins from the 1st August and terminates on the 31st July of the following year. [...] No student shall be admitted or in case of reinstatment after removal of his name from the school books be re-admitted after the expiry of one month from the opening of the session or from the date of removal of his name as the case may be.
