[...] The asterisk prefixed to the name of a candidate indicates that he has obtained not less than three-fourths of the aggregate number of mark! and tho letter or letters affixed to the name of a candidate indicato that he has obtained not loss than four-fifths of tho marks in a subject or subjects.
