2. Applications for admission to the examinations must be made on the printed entry forms which will be obtainable at the office of the Provost of the Hall to which the students belong. [...] 'The entry form after it has been duly filled in and signed by the canddate and duly certified by the Provost and the heads of the departments concerned as the ease may he must be presented by the candidate to the Provost not later than Monday the 10th December 1934. [...] 5. The candidates (other than candidates for the examinations in subsidiary subjects of Honours schools) must deposit their proper examination fee and all other outstanding dues tip to the end of the session 1934-35 into the Accounts office of the University on the dates noted in paragraph 9 of this notification for certification that all dues including the seat-rent tuition fee etc. [...] The following procedure is to be followed in forwarding examination entry forms by the Provosts to the Registrar and for collecting fees in the University Office :— (i) In forwarding applications for admission to the examinations the Provosts will send in the prescribed printed form a typed list of candidates in duplicate not later than Satuday the 22nd December 1934. [...] The Accounts Section will make entries daily in the lists of candidates which as noted above will be sent by the Provosts to the Examination Section regarding the amount of examination fee actually realised from the candidates.
