Nomination of candidates for inclusion in the provincial panel in connection with the recruitment of English Teachers in Goverment High and 1st Grade Training Schools and Madrasahs and Sub-Inspectors of Schools in the Subordinate Educational Service will be made by the Panel Committee of the Prsidency Division in August 1941. [...] The prizes mentioned against the names of the following students are awarded out of the respective Mist Funds administered by the Principal Calcutta Madrasah for the year 1940 :— Serial No. [...] Nomination of candidates for inclusion in the provincial panel in connection with the recruitment of English teachers in Goverment High Schools and Madrasahs and of SuInspectors of Schools in the scale of Rs. [...] No person shall be considered for admission to the panel by the Panel Comittee of the Bakarganj Range unless he is a permanent resident or permanently domiciled within the jurisdiction of the Range. [...] This condition may he relaxed by the Director of Public Instruction Bengal in the case of those who have worked satifactorily as teachers for not less than two years in recognised highschools under private management or as a SuInspector of Schools up to the age of 29 years on the 1st April 1941.
