The dates of the practical examintions will be fixed by the District Inspector of Schools of the district. [...] The results of all the practical examintions shall form a part of the results of the Final Examination and shall not therefore be declared on the spot. [...] Both the marks of the practical and theoretical examinations will be tabulated and the tabulated results together with the marks in original should be sent to the Head Clerk Office of the Inspector of Schools Presidency Division in confidential cover on or before the 31st January 1942. [...] The head of the training school or the training centre will submit them in time to the District Inspector of Schools of his district.
