FOR SALE In the Office of the Chief Inspector of Explosives with the Government of India. [...] Subscribers are hereby informed that unless complaint of non-receipt of any number is made to the Publisher of the series within three months of the date of publcation the benefits of the subscription rates for copies lost in transit will not be allowed and full rates will be charged.
