Herbert Roberts M. P. on the subject of the further extension of the system of Excise Advisory Committees and Licensing Boards in the various provinces of Ind [...] 2. The possibility of reduction in the number of shops for the sale of liquors 1 have the honour t. Paragraph 12 of the Report on the Excise Administration of the North-West Frontier Prvince for the year 1908-09. [...] Should the Collector and the Advisory Committee differ in opinion regarding the proposal the matter shall be reported through the Excise Commissioner to the Commissioner of the Division for orders."
