If the balance be not paid by noon of the fifteenth day after the sale reckoning the day of sale as one or if that day be a close holiday then by noon of the first succeeding office day the sale shall be cancelled the sum deposited being forfeited to Government and the lot again put up for sale at the risk of the defaulting purchaser after issue of advertisement as in the ease of original s [...] The conditions of sale and the plan above referred to may be seen at the office of the Official Receiver on the day of sale or at the office of Messrs.
