Statement of the affairs of the Imperial Bank of India on the 5th September 1930. [...] C.) of 1868 that the undermentioned Noabad taluks and izaras within the Cox's Bazar khas mahal in the district of Chittagong will be put up to public and unreserved sale at Collector's office of that district on the date of 14th November 1930 for arrears of rent and case and other demand remaining unpaid on the latest day of payment the 28th June 1930 :— Serial No. [...] C.) of 1888 that the undermentioned Noabad taluks within the Kutubdia khan mahal in the district of Chittagong will be put up to public and unreserved sale at Collector's office of that district on the date of 15th November 1930 for arrears of rent and cess and other demand remaining unpaid on the latest day of payment the 28th June 1930 :— Serial No. [...] If the balance be not paid by noon of the fifteenth day after the sale reckoning the day of sale as one or if that day be a close holiday then by noon of the first succeeding office day the sale 'shall be cancelled the sum deposited being forfeited to Government and the lot again put up for sale at the risk of the defaulting purchaser after issue of advertisement as in the case of original [...] WHEREAS Lal Mea Sadagor son of Osimea Sadagor of Halisahor Chittagong has applied to this Court by a petition dated 31st day of July 1930 to be declared an insolvent under the Provincial Insolvency Act V of 1920 this is to give notice to his creditors that the Court has fixed the 21st day of November 1930 for the hearing of the aforesaid petition and the examination of the debtor.
