Rules as to (1) the fees chargeable for serving and executing processes issued by the Civilriourts ; and (2) the remuneration of the Peons arid all other persons employed in the service or execution of processes having been made' by the Judicial Commissioner and confirmed by the Chief Commissioner and sanctioned by the Governor General in Council are hereby published under section 20 of the Co [...] The proportion of Amins in the higher grade in the other Courts of the Itstrimits not exceed one to two in the lower grade and the.proportion of Peons in the higher grade sh not exceed one to three in the lower grade. The establishment of Amins and Peons and the service and execution of all processes shall be subject to the superintendence of the Nazir of each Court and it shall be lawful to the Judicial Comissioner where the state of the funds permit to assign an allowance not exceeding Rs.
